  • Salary range: $88,515 - $118,965 based on experience including 10% p.a. super, salary packaging (up to $18,550) and leave loading

Open a world of everyday possibilities, as a Podiatrist at Rocky Bay. As a Podiatrist at Rocky Bay you will be part of a team who focuses on;

  • Delivering individualised customer-centred services and programs to our customers
  • Working collaboratively to support our customers to achieve their goals

Your case list will consist of both paediatric and adult customers with varying needs that will provide you with opportunities to continually develop your skills and knowledge.

You will work collaboratively to deliver a range of services that support people with disability to achieve their goals and discover new possibilities, including: 

  • Biomechanical assessments and prescription of orthotics / recommendation of prosthetics
  • General Foot Care
  • Neurovascular assessments
  • Footwear assessments

You will be supervised by a team leader and receive clinical support from experienced allied health professionals and advanced clinicians.

To be considered for this position you will be required to demonstrate:

  • Excellent customer service and support to customers in achieving their goals
  • Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills
  • Well-developed clinical reasoning skills, that are solution-focused
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, key stakeholders and team members
  • Personal resilience working in a changing environment
  • Adaptability to work across different Rocky Bay hubs

 Mandatory selection criteria:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications from a recognised institution
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Eligible for Medicare registration
  • Education Department Police Clearance (not older than 3 months)
  • Current Working with Children check
  • Current Flu Vaccination, or willingness to obtain. 
  • Current Covid-19 Vaccinations, or willingness to obtain. 
  • NDIS Workers Screening & orientation module

 Desirable selection criteria:

  • Experience delivering therapy services within the disability sector under the NDIS
  • Experience working with individuals across all ages with a disability
  • Experience working within an interdisciplinary team
