• Permanent Full Time role based in Mosman Park
• Salary Range: $67, 168 - $70,206 + Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18,550) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)
• Working from home options upon passing of 3 month probation

Key responsibilities:

• Managing high volume of debtor’s ledger both corporate and non-corporate.
• Communicating with customers regarding outstanding accounts, including resolving disputes.
• Monitoring accounts receivable balances and follow-up overdue invoices with clients and ensure prompt resolution of customer queries.
• Ensuring comments are updated in the debtor system to reflect actions arising from client recovery efforts.
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families through regular phone calls and or face to face meetings.
• Monthly reporting of accounts receivable metrics and coordinate/lead meetings with operational staff to discuss/resolve issues.

 To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum three years’ experience in accounts receivable and credit control, preferably with a non-corporate customer base.
• Experience using medium sized ERP systems.
• Experience using Salesforce, Lumary & GreenTree desirable.
