- Salary Range: $112,927 – 117,517 depending on experience including Salary Packaging (up to $18,550) and 17.5% Leave Loading

Rocky Bay are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic advanced clinician physiotherapist to join our interdisciplinary teams in the Rockingham and Mandurah areas.
Established for over 80 years, Rocky Bay is a leading provider of disability services offering choice and independence to thousands of children and adults living with disability in Western Australia.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Deliver individualised client-centred interventions to customers across a range of environments
- Work collaboratively to achieve clinical excellence, in an interdisciplinary team to work collaboratively towards client outcomes
- Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation
- Be involved in the development of new projects and ideas within the Rockingham team
Your case-list will consist of a wide age range of people with a disability from paediatrics to adults with varying complexity and diagnoses to provide you with opportunities for ongoing clinical skill development.

To be considered for this position you will be required to demonstrate:
- Excellent customer service that meets individual goals

- Well-developed clinical reasoning skills, that are solution-focused
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, key stakeholders and part of an interdisciplinary team
- Initiative to complete external and Internal professional Development
- An understanding of varied disabilities and neurodiversity along with their functional implications
- Independent managing and scheduling customers
- Providing learning and development opportunities to others
Mandatory Selection Criteria:
- Significant Clinical experience
- Be able to work minimum 4 days per week
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
- Current AHPRA registration
- Education Department Police Clearance (not older than 3 months)
- Current Working with Children check
- Current First Aid
- Eligible for Medicare registration
- Current Flu Vaccination or willingness to obtain
- Covid-19 Vaccinations or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Workers Screening & orientation module
Desirable Selection Criteria:
- Experience in delivering therapy services under the NDIS
- Experience in the disability sector
- Experience in neurological rehabilitation
- Local base preferable but not essential
