About the Role
As a key member of our Executive Team, you will:
What You’ll Bring
You’re not just a strong operator—you’re a transformational leader. We’re looking for someone who brings:
✔ 5+ years in senior executive leadership roles within high-transactional service environments such as health, disability, health insurance, aged care or similar complex, customer-facing sectors
✔ A proven ability to lead large-scale, mobile, multidisciplinary teams
✔ Strategic insight combined with operational precision
✔ Commercial and financial acumen—someone who understands both margin and mission
✔ Change leadership credentials, especially within policy and funding landscapes like NDIS or aged care
✔ A powerful communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder
✔ A passion for impact, inclusion, and empowering others
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health, Human Services or a related field are required.
