About the role:
- Full Time position
- Salary Range: $66,324 - $70,641 + Salary Packaging options
- Hybrid working from home arrangements available (upon probation completion)
- Location: Mosman Park
What You'll Bring:

- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A positive, professional “can-do” attitude and willingness to support others
- A passion for recognising and rewarding staff
- Experience in administration and a desire to transition into HR, or recent HR-related studies
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A genuine desire to grow within a leading, innovative organisation
