Due to an internal promotion and we are big on looking after our own, an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced dynamic environment in our Human Resources division as the HR Administration Officer on a permanent full-time basis in a hybrid flexible work environment has arisen. 

This is an integral entry level position within HR has the diversity to offer a broad introduction to HR.  We want someone who is passionate with an astute mind and commitment to making things better.

Rocky Bay has a proud history in disability services and the successful candidate will join our HR team to ensure we offer a service which is accurate, efficient, and effective.

• The ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast paced administration area and manage conflicting priorities to deliver a great service to our customers.
• A 'can do' professional attitude and a willingness to assist and redirect queries and questions as required.
• A passion for rewarding and recognising our people and administering the program that supports this.
• Demonstrated experience in Admin looking to move into HR or a recent graduate in HR/ related field 
• Great communication skills both written & verbal
• Desire to grow and learn within an innovative leading organisation
• A high skill level in computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and an ability to quickly learn new systems
