Are you looking for a meaningful and fulfilling career opportunity? Join Rocky Bay’s Supported Accommodation team in Gosnells as a Lead Support Worker. We're looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives.

Lead Support Worker Roster = 64 hours per fortnight

Week 1 = Tue 0800-1600, Wed/Sun 0630-1430, Thu 1000-1500, Sat 0800-1600

Week 2 = Tue 0800-1600, Wed 1430-2230, Thu 1000-1500, Fri 0900-1500

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities
• Foster independence and community inclusion
• Create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment
• Develop and implement person-centred care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About You

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, patient, and adaptable to client needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in disability support (preferred)
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
• Reliable and team-oriented
