Non-Executive Director
An opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced director to join the Board of Rocky Bay Limited, a leading provider of health and community services, offering choice and independence to thousands of children and adults living with disability across Western Australia. With over 1100 employees based in metropolitan and regional locations and annual revenue over $80m Rocky Bay plays an important role in the Western Australian community.
We would like to hear from candidates with strong experience in developing and executing people and culture strategies in medium to large organisations, including a sound understanding of employment law, remuneration strategy, executive recruitment, and succession planning. Senior operational experience in developing and fostering organisation culture, an understanding of company governance and compliance responsibilities and a contemporary understanding of employee well-being programs, quality and safeguarding would be highly valued.
Candidates may include experienced directors or other aspiring to contribute to a purpose driven organization in a governance capacity who are open to developing into a board role.
Candidates must be able to commit sufficient time to fulfill the responsibilities of the Board and committee roles which includes formal meetings, strategic planning workshops and supporting other activities of Rocky Bay. A modest fee is payable.
