This is an exciting opportunity to join Rocky Bay as a Process Engineer, where you'll help shape the way we work by identifying smarter, more efficient ways to deliver services and support our people.

Working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll lead process improvement initiatives that simplify workflows, strengthen governance, and enhance the experience of both employees and customers. If you're passionate about continuous improvement and enjoy turning ideas into practical solutions, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting organisational impact.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in process improvement, business improvement or operational excellence, with at least five years' experience.
  • Skilled in process mapping, business analysis and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • An analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • An excellent communicator who can translate complex processes into practical, easy-to-understand solutions.
  • Experienced with Microsoft 365, Visio, SharePoint or other process mapping and workflow tools.
  • Passionate about improving the way people work and making a positive impact for people living with disability.
  • A confident facilitator who can engage stakeholders and build strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, project management, process improvement, change management or a related discipline.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt or equivalent improvement certification.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with others, driving positive change and creating practical improvements that help teams deliver exceptional outcomes.
