• Salary: $72,995.61 - $81,415.99 + Salary Packaging options (up to $18,550 per annum) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)

Rocky Bay are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our growing, dynamic Support Coordination team on a permanent full time basis. This team delivers coordination supports to NDIS customers. 

About the role

• Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal, mainstream and funded supports
• Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships, resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes
• Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation
• Enjoy individualised supervision and training opportunities

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate:

• Experience in a similar role within the NDIS
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders and team members
• Personal resilience working in a changing environment
