Rocky Bay is looking for our next group of superstar support workers to join our Community Team.

We currently have exciting opportunities across the metropolitan region in Ascot, Duncraig, Joondalup, Mosman Park, Cockburn and Gosnells!

Our customers are as unique as you are, and we're on the lookout for individuals eager to connect, understand, and support them in living the life they choose.

This is a permanent part time position with set shifts and dedicated customers, with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts on a fortnightly basis. Our successful support workers will have availability for work at least 4 days per week; between the hours of 6:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and occasionally weekends.

Our roles are closer to home and save time on the daily commute which is an added bonus we can offer! 

As a Support Worker, your day will see you:

• Supporting our customers during outings, daily activities, and achieving personal goals
• Administering medication and assisting with personal care, always prioritizing dignity and respect
• Engaging participants in meaningful ways, encouraging communication and social interaction
• Providing transportation to and from activities
• Keeping accurate records of supports and services through timesheets, case notes, and incident reporting
