We are seeking 1 x Support Worker and 2 x Night-Duty Support Worker to support individuals with complex needs, including sensory, physical and intellectual disabilities and often challenging behaviours, living in shared accommodation.

• Support our customers in all aspects of daily life including; maintaining their home, facilitating and attending outings and medical appointments, personal hygiene and support with daily activities whilst always demonstrating dignity and respect for our customers.
• Communicate and engage with the customer in a relevant and meaningful way.
• Transport participants travelling to and from activities and outings using Rocky Bay vehicles.
• Ensure all supports and services provided are accurately documented and accounted for through time-sheets, case notes, incident reporting, etc.

We currently have the following rosters available:

Support Worker Roster = 50.5 hours per fortnight

Week 1 = Mon/Fri 0700-1400, Sat 0700-1230, Sun 1600-2100

Week 2 = Mon  1500-2300, Tue 1530-2130, Fri 1500-2200, Sat 1600-2100

1 x Night-Duty Support Worker Roster = 42.5 hours per fortnight

Week 1 = Mon/Tue/Fri 2330-0800

Week 2 = Tue/Fri 2330-0800

1 x Night-Duty Support Worker Roster = 42 hours per fortnight

Week 1 = Tue/Wed 2330-0800 Sat 2330-0730

Week 2 = Wed/Thu 2330-0800

What we are looking for

• A customer centred person who will encourage, support and organise daily activities dance classes, swimming lessons & other social events
• Confidently drive modified vehicles to accompany clients to appointments and social occasions
• Someone who will see the unique needs of each individual and follow their person centred plans and working towards their bigger life goals
• Cert III in Disability/Individual Support (Disability) is highly desirable
