Support Workers - Community
- Permanent Part Time
- Salary - $29.19 - $36.55 per hour + Salary Packaging
- Permanent Part Time Positions (20-60 hours per fortnight) or Casual (0 set hours + flexibility) available
- Required Availability: 6am-9pm Monday to Friday including occasional weekends
- Locations - Joondalup, Duncraig, Nollamara, Mosman Park, Ascot, Gosnells, Cockburn, Rockingham, Mandurah
Community Support Workers – Make a real difference with Rocky Bay!
We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to support customers across Perth’s North and South, empowering people living with disability to achieve their goals, build independence and live life their way.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll provide day-to-day support tailored to individual needs, working closely with customers, families, and care teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.
No two days are the same—just genuine opportunities to create positive change.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing personalised support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance and household duties
- Supporting community access by accompanying customers to appointments, social activities and recreational outings
- Encouraging independence through skill-building, goal-setting and supportive decision-making
- Maintaining accurate documentation and open communication with customers, families and team members
- Ensuring a safe, respectful and inclusive environment in line with Rocky Bay policies and procedures
