Rocky Bay is looking for an experienced Team Leader or Manager to lead our Supported Accommodation service in Lockridge.
You’ll lead a large team supporting customers with a wide range of abilities and support needs, from largely self-sufficient customers through to people with intellectual disabilities and complex physical and health needs. This includes wheelchair users, PEG feeding, active support and management of restrictive practices.

About you
- Proven experience as a Team Leader, Manager or similar, leading a large team.
- Strong disability sector experience, ideally in Supported Accommodation.
- Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and complex physical and health needs.

Experience or understanding of restrictive practices.
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of NDIS requirements and person-centred practice.
