Rocky Bay is a purpose driven organisation looking for a talented and motivated Analytics & Reporting Manager to join its dynamic and agile business transformation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage Reporting and Analytics Strategy This includes identifying key metrics and KPIs, setting data collection and analysis processes, and utilising various reporting tools and technologies
• Lead the development of reporting and analytics capability for our optimisation program of work
• Responsible for producing regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead a small team of reporting and analytics professionals and providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success in delivering accurate and timely data insights
• Utilise data analytics to identify patterns and trends, providing commentary that can lead to actionable insights and decision making
• Support delivery of operational and financial outcomes by understanding business needs, priorities and drivers through stakeholder consultation and collaboration
• Working with ICT to ensure single source of truth reporting, security, and integration with existing systems
• Work with stakeholders to implement data governance and controls
• Identify and implement simplification and automation where viable

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Substantial experience in a similar role 
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present in a clear and actionable manner frameworks and building enterprise reporting suite of metrics
• Friendly, dynamic personality with a growth mindset for continuous learning and improvement. A key personality trait of helping others and your organisation through data enabled decision making
• Experience working with visualisations tools
• Experience delivering analytics projects in a complex business environment
• Strong problem solving with an ability to adapt
• Results/outcomes driven
