Rocky Bay is a purpose driven organisation, who is looking for our newest member of our Human Resources Team.  Whilst we are sad to see one our team members leave, we know they have grown, developed and been given opportunities to excel whilst at Rocky Bay.  Now we are on the search for the next purpose driven, authentic and genuine HR practitioner to join our team.  We hope this is you!

This is a fast-paced role reporting to the Manager Human Resources, supporting our Supported Accommodation team whilst assisting with the development and growth of our managers and future leaders in the business and in the team.  There are some great HR projects as well as, talent management, succession planning, career pathing. employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and HR automation just to name a few.

What we are looking for:

• A dynamic HR practitioner who enjoys partnering with key stakeholders in the delivery of strategic and operational support and advice.
• Proven experience in managing Employee/Industrial Relations issues include carrying out workplace investigations
• A strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, HR metrics and reporting.
• The ability to use your analytical skills interpreting Awards and legislative provisions and providing advice to key stakeholders
• Holds exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organisation especially within your team.
• Ability to multi-task conflicting priorities in a dynamic and ever-changing employee relations landscape.
• Exposure to the not-for-profit sector, funding and the work we do would be advantageous
