• Salary Range: $122,969 - $126,849 depending on experience, including Salary Packaging (Up to $18,550) and Leave Loading (17.5%)

Rocky Bay has a proud history in disability services and is seeking a motivated Clinical Operations Manager to lead our team in Cockburn to best connect our customers to trained clinicians as we continue this important journey our customers are on. 

We know you will be a professional clinician with at least five years’ experience in the Allied Health sector but for this role we are seeking someone who is the right fit with our team.

• Able to understand the business and balance the growth of the business with the management of the team.

• Able to provide direction, guidance and develop the team under them.
• Understand the administrative responsibilities of a leadership role.
• Can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders well.

Although we appreciate you are a great performer as a manager, we want you to feel supported to achieve and be successful in the Clinical Operations Manager position so you will receive guidance and mentoring in the role from the Regional Manager.
