• Salary Range: $113,933 - $128,328 depending on experience + Salary Packaging (Up to $18,550) 

Rocky Bay has a proud history in disability services and is seeking motivated Clinical Operations Manager to lead our team of Allied Health Professionals in Mandurah to best connect our customers to trained clinicians as we continue this important journey our customers are on. 

We know you will be a professional clinician with at least three years’ experience but for this role we are seeking someone who is the right fit with our team.

• Brings a geographically diverse team together to achieve a better outcome for their customers.
• Able to understand the business and balance the growth of the business with the management of the team.
• Able to manage a busy but fulfilling workload.

• Able to provide direction, guidance and develop the team under them.
• Understand the administrative responsibilities of a leadership role.
• Can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders well.
• Regional support will also be required.

Although we appreciate you are a great performer as a manager, we want you to feel supported to achieve and be successful in the Clinical Operations Manager position so you will receive guidance and mentoring in the role from the Regional Manager.
