• Salary: $29.19 - $36.55 per hour + Salary Packaging 
• Permanent Part-time positions available
• Rosters available between Monday-Sunday - good availability required
• Locations - Duncraig, Pearsall, Balga, Morley, Lockridge, Eden Hill, Bassendean, Karawara, East Victoria Park and Rockingham

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers to assist individuals with complex needs — including sensory, physical, and intellectual disabilities, often accompanied by challenging behaviours — living in shared accommodation.

Your Responsibilities

• Support customers in all aspects of daily living, including maintaining their home, attending outings and medical appointments, and personal care, while always upholding dignity and respect
• Communicate and engage meaningfully with customers, tailoring interactions to individual needs
• Encourage and participate in daily activities such as dance classes, swimming, and other social events
• Confidently drive modified vehicles to transport participants to appointments, activities, and community outings
• Follow person-centred plans and support individuals to work towards their personal life goals
• Accurately document supports and services through timesheets, case notes, and incident reporting

What we're looking for

• A customer-focused individual with a genuine passion for supporting people to live fulfilling lives
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, respectful relationships
• Flexibility and resilience when working with people with complex needs and behaviours
• A valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Cert III in Disability/Individual Support (Disability) – highly desirable
