At Rocky Bay, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to support customers across Perth’s North and South. This is your opportunity to empower individuals living with disability to achieve their goals, grow their independence and live life their way.
Role Details:
- Salary: $29.19 - $36.55 per hour (skills & experience based) + Generous Salary Packaging
- Hours: Permanent Part Time (20-60 hours per fortnight) or Casual (0 set hours + flexibility available)
- Required Availability: Between 6am-9pm Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends
- Locations: Ascot, Cockburn, Duncraig, Gosnells, Joondalup, Mandurah, Mosman Park, Nollamara & Rockingham
What You'll Do:
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting customers and their families. No two days are the same—your work will be varied, meaningful and deeply rewarding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personalised support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance and household duties
- Supporting community access by accompanying customers to appointments, social activities and recreational outings
- Encouraging independence through skill-building, goal-setting and supportive decision-making
- Maintaining accurate documentation and open communication with customers, families and team members
- Ensuring a safe, respectful and inclusive environment in line with Rocky Bay policies and procedures
