Are you looking for a meaningful and fulfilling career opportunity? Join Rocky Bay’s Supported Accommodation team in Como as a Lead Support Worker.  We're looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives.

Must be able to commit to the ENTIRE following roster;

Lead Support Worker Roster = 67 hours per fortnight

Week 1 = Mon 1330-2030, Wed 0600-1400, Thu 1500-2030, Fri 1400-2030

Week 2 = Tue/Fri 0600-1400, Wed 0630-1430, Sat/Sun 1230-2030

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities
• Foster independence and community inclusion
• Create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment
• Develop and implement person-centred care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About You

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, patient, and adaptable to client needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in disability support (preferred)
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
• Reliable and team-oriented
