We're looking for a motivated and organised Customer Engagement Administration Assistant to join our Customer Engagement team in Booragoon.
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll provide administrative support to the Customer Engagement team and help deliver a positive customer experience. You'll assist customers throughout their journey, from initial enquiries and intake through to service agreement preparation and contract renewals.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in providing high quality administrative services within a human services context
- Demonstrable commitment to putting customers first and providing exceptional service
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills including written and interpersonal
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders through multiple channels i.e., phone, email, online, video link, and face to face
- Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office applications and Client Data Management systems
- Ability to work autonomously whilst being a proactive contributor to the team
