• Salary: $81,458 - $112,624 per annum + Salary Packaging up to $18,550 per annum 

Join our Allied Health team and support children and adults living with disability to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. This role offers a varied caseload, opportunities to work across hub and community settings, and the chance to collaborate closely with customers, families and other allied health professionals to deliver meaningful outcomes.

About the role:

• Provide person-centred dietetic services to NDIS and Medicare-funded customers.
• Deliver individualised person-centred interventions to customers at our hubs and in community-based settings, including group homes.
• Work collaboratively with customers, families, support teams and other allied health professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Dietitian
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognised institution
• Membership as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with Dietitians Australia
• Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities of all ages with a working knowledge of enteral nutrition guidelines is highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships through effective communication, person-centred customer service, collaborative practice, and a resilient, solutions-focused approach.
