As a member of the Fleet Team you will help contribute to the Fleet operations that support the wider Rocky Bay organisation.

Reporting to our Transport Manager, your role will be responsible for providing safe driving services to our customers as well as the movement of vehicles between various locations. You would also be required to train and coach staff on the proper use of our modified vehicles (training will be provided).

What you need to have

• Safe driving history
• A flexible and adaptable approach in a variable role.
• Geographic knowledge of Perth Metro Area, desirable
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm. 
• Be able to work under minimal supervision
• Good communication and organisational skills

Desirable

• Experience in disability transport services and equipment
• Training and coaching experience
• Disability Support Worker or Health Care Worker qualification or experience
