We are seeking two dynamic and driven Rostering/Workforce Officers (one full time and one 12 month parental leave cover) to join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional care for our clients.
As a Rostering/Workforce Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient rosters that align with our customer needs and staff availability. Your exceptional organisational skills and ability to think strategically will be invaluable in ensuring seamless operations across our Support Worker workforce.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate closely with our team leaders and service managers to understand and meet the diverse needs of our customers.
- Utilise rostering software to optimise staff scheduling
- Analyse workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement proactive strategies.
- Act as a liaison between staff and management, addressing concerns and fostering open communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of workforce planning initiatives.
To thrive in this role, you will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. A background in rostering, workforce planning, or a related field is highly desirable, along with proficient computer skills.
