About the Role
Reporting to the Safeguards Business Partner, you will monitor, report, investigate and respond to quality and safeguarding matters. As well as contribute to policy and procedure improvements relating to restrictive practice and safeguarding and guide the business in these areas.
Our ideal candidate will have
- Experience in disability, health or community services sector
- Previous experience in reporting safeguarding matters to the NDIS is desirable
- Previous experience in investigating safeguarding matters and responding to safeguarding complaints is desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Ability to write well, and experience in writing reports for senior-level management
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to build and sustain good relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in service delivery and quality systems
- Demonstrated integrity, self-awareness and professionalism
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel
