We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Data Integrity Officer to join our Customer Data Integrity team. Experience in customer data management or a related field.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, analysing complex information and ensuring customer funding, billing and claims data is accurate and compliant. Working closely with Customer Engagement, Operations and Finance teams, you will investigate and resolve complex funding, billing and data issues, helping ensure customer records remain accurate and claims are processed correctly.
About the Role
- Monitor, investigate and resolve data integrity issues across customer management systems and external funding portals.
- Analyse and resolve NDIS claim and billing errors, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Support accurate customer billing, claiming and revenue processes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve funding, service agreement and system-related issues.
- Support implementation of NDIS pricing updates, system enhancements and process improvements.
- Contribute to projects that improve data quality, compliance and operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in administration, billing, data integrity, finance support or a similar analytical role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and previous Salesforce experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience working with customer management systems and databases
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in NDIS, disability support or communities sector
- An ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within your team and the broader organisational structure
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to remain effective and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
