Rocky Bay is seeking a Governance & Reporting Coordinator to support strong governance, reporting and document control practices across the organisation.
This role plays a key part in ensuring leaders have clear, timely and meaningful information to support decision-making, oversight and regulatory readiness. You will coordinate governance reporting, manage controlled documents and policies, support committees, and help strengthen compliance and continuous improvement practices.
About the Role
Reporting across governance and quality functions, you will:
• Coordinate and maintain policies, procedures and controlled documents.
• Support governance committees through agendas, minutes, action tracking and reporting.
• Produce clear and accurate governance and portfolio reports.
• Translate operational, quality, safeguarding and compliance data into practical insights.
• Maintain document control systems, version management and review schedules.
• Support audit readiness and ongoing compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively across services and corporate teams to improve governance processes and reporting frameworks.
About You
• Experience in governance coordination, document control or compliance in a regulated environment.
• Strong reporting and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and confidential information.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of governance and document management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power BI.
Highly Regarded
• Experience in disability, healthcare or community services.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and audit processes.
• Relevant qualifications in governance, quality or compliance.
Requirements
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• WA Working with Children Check.
• Current WA Driver’s Licence.
