About the Role

As a Trainer within our Training & Education Team, you will deliver engaging and practical learning experiences that equip our frontline workforce with the skills and confidence needed to provide exceptional support.

You'll facilitate both accredited and non-accredited training programs across multiple Rocky Bay hubs, working closely with employees, leaders and subject matter experts to build capability and improve outcomes for the people we support.

No two days will be the same. One day you may be delivering induction programs, and the next facilitating practical workshops, refresher training or compliance-based learning.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience working as a Support Worker within disability, aged care or community services
• Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
• Holds a Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or a related qualification
• Is an energetic, engaging and confident facilitator
• Demonstrates excellent skills in manual handling training delivery
• Has a genuine passion for developing people
• Can adapt their training style to different audiences and learning needs
• Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is organised, self-motivated and able to work across multiple locations
