Join our Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Officer and play a key role in managing customer accounts, resolving queries and supporting timely collections. This is more than a collections role, with the opportunity to work closely with customers, families and internal stakeholders while contributing to process, system and procedure improvements.

About the role

• Manage a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio, including invoicing, collections and account reconciliations.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding accounts and resolve account disputes.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and proactively follow up overdue invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and updates within the debtor management system.
• Build strong relationships with customers, families and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly accounts receivable reporting and support discussions to resolve outstanding issues.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of processes, tools and procedures. 

About you

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or a similar role.
• Experience managing a high-volume debtor ledger.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a finance team.
• A proactive approach to identifying and recommending process improvements.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Experience with Salesforce, Lumary and GreenTree will be highly regarded.
