Salary: $30.50 – $39.53 per hour + Salary Packaging

Roster: Monday–Sunday (FULL flexibility availability required for a variety of shift patterns) 

Rocky Bay is looking for experienced and motivated Support Workers to join our Supported Accommodation teams in East Victoria Park and Gosnells.

We are holding Selection Centres on 13 October and 9 November 2026, giving you the opportunity to meet our team, learn more about the roles and demonstrate your skills through a range of practical activities.

The Selection Centre will run for a couple of hours and consist of a range of activities designed to assess your skills, knowledge and experience against the requirements of the role.  

As a Support Worker, you will support adults with disability in a high-care environment, assisting with complex medical, physical and behavioural needs. You will play an important role in delivering person-centred support, promoting independence and ensuring customers receive safe, high-quality care. Previous experience supporting customers with complex care needs is essential.

About the Role

• Provide person-centred support to adults with disability in a supported accommodation setting.
• Deliver high-intensity support to customers with complex needs, including PEG feeding, hoisting, manual handling and complex behaviour management.
• Assist customers with personal care, daily living activities and household tasks.
• Support customers to develop independence, achieve personal goals and participate in their community.
• Assist with medication administration, mealtime management and other clinical support needs in line with individual care plans.
• Implement positive behaviour support strategies and respond to changing customer needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver safe, high-quality support.

About You

• Experience supporting people with disability who have complex physical, medical and behavioural needs.
• At least 2 years experience in Disability Support work ideally in a high care setting. 
• Confident in providing personal care, hoisting, manual handling and other high-intensity supports.
• Experience with PEG feeding and medication administration.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care and active support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, flexible and committed to providing high-quality support.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) desirable.
