An exciting opportunity to join Rocky Bay’s Training Department as a Learning and Development Administration Officer. We are looking for a passionate and energetic candidate to help support the face of the Rocky Bay Training Academy.
About the role:
Reporting to the Manager of Organisational Development, you will provide administrative and coordination support across internal and external training, workforce development and RTO operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate training calendars, schedules, venues, trainers and resources
- Support learners, trainers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate student, employee and training records
- Coordinate enrolments, bookings, attendance and completion requirements
- Support RTO compliance, reporting, audits and certification processes
- Maintain learning and student management systems
- Prepare training and workforce capability reports
- Assist with training-related invoicing and administration
- Contribute to process improvement and the effective delivery of learning programs
What you need to have:
- Experience in administration, training administration or learning and development
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (willing to obtain)
- National Police Clearance issued within the past 3 months (willing to obtain)
- Proof of influenza vaccination (willing to obtain)
Desirable:
- RTO experience and knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and AVETMISS
- Experience with Student Management or Learning Management Systems
- Experience in disability, health, community services or education
