Rocky Bay is seeking a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to lead our Learning Management System (iinduct) and drive high-quality, innovative and compliant learning solutions across our organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D professional who thrives on improving systems, designing engaging learning content and partnering with stakeholders to build a culture of continuous learning.

Role Details:

  • Hours: Permanent Part Time (22.5 - 25 hours per fortnight)
  • Required Availability: 3 days per week (at minimum)
  • Location: Remote working options are available 

As our Learning & Development Specialist, you will be the central custodian of the iinduct Learning Management System. You will ensure it delivers effective, engaging and compliant learning experiences. You’ll develop innovative learning solutions, maintain alignment with regulatory requirements and provide clear governance to support organisational capability.

Your work will directly influence training quality, workforce capability, operational efficiency and learner experience across Rocky Bay.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Program Delivery: Oversee and maintain the quality, governance and functionality of the iinduct LMS
  • Reporting & Analytics: Produce and analyse training data to identify trends and support strategic workforce planning
  • Compliance & Content Management: Ensure all learning materials remain accurate, compliant and aligned with NDIS and organisational standards
  • Continuous Improvement & Strategic Projects: Enhance learning programs using best-practice digital learning methods and contribute to capability-building projects
  • Customer Service: Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide timely, customer-focused support on learning programs and systems
  • Teamwork & Leadership: Model Rocky Bay values while collaborating effectively and providing coaching to support high performance
  • Financial & Governance Responsibilities: Support L&D project planning while maintaining training compliance and updating policies and processes

Rocky Bay is looking for someone who has: 

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent 
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail capabilities
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong technical capability and experience using iinduct or LMS platforms
  • Extensive experience designing, developing and evaluating L&D solutions
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements including NDIS Practice Standards
  • High-level computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services (desirable)
