About the Opportunity:

Rocky Bay is looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist who is dedicated to making a profound impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. Offering permanent full-time or part-time, this role provides you with flexibility as well as the opportunity to work within a highly supportive environment at our Duncraig hub.

Rocky Bay is looking for individuals who have:

  • A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia membership.

Requirements;

  • Excellent customer service that meets individual goals
  • Well-developed clinical reasoning skills, that are solution-focused
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, key stakeholders, and team members
  • Personal resilience working in a changing environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in delivering therapy services under the NDIS (desirable)
  • Experience in the disability sector (desirable)

Compliance Required;

  • Education Department Police Clearance (less than 3 months)
  • Current Working with Children check
  • Current WA Drivers’ Licence
  • Influenza Vaccination or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Workers Clearance
  • Relevant Registration
