  • Salary: $78,894 - $109,079 + Salary Packaging up to $18,550 per annum 

 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Continence Nurse to join our growing Nursing Team. In this role, you will provide specialist continence assessments, recommendations, and ongoing support to participants across the community, primarily south of the river. You will work closely with participants, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes and improve quality of life.

Essential Requirements 

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)  

  • Recognised Certificate or Diploma in Continence  

  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Nurse  

  • Demonstrated experience and advanced clinical knowledge in continence assessment and management for adults and children, ideally within the disability sector  

  • Experience building positive relationships with participants, families, carers, and key stakeholders  

  • Ability to contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment  

  • Strong critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and time management skills  

  • Current Working With Children Check  

  • Current WA Driver's Licence  

  • Current or willing to obtain a NDIS worker screening check 

  • Current or willing to obtain National Police Clearance  

Desirable 

  • Experience delivering services within disability or community settings  

  • Experience working in the paediatric setting
