Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across Rocky Bay, you will coordinate and facilitate high-impact development and engagement initiatives. You will bring energy, credibility and a practical approach to every session, creating inclusive learning experiences and helping participants translate new skills and insights into positive workplace outcomes.

You will be involved in coordinating and facilitating:

  • Rocky Bay’s Emerging Leaders Program
  • Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
  • Performance coaching initiatives for leaders and teams
  • Employee survey outcomes, action planning and related engagement programs
  • Other organisational development and workforce capability initiatives aligned with strategic priorities

About you

You are a confident, inclusive and adaptable facilitator who knows how to engage different audiences and create a positive learning environment. You combine strong coordination skills with sound judgement, clear communication and the ability to build trusted relationships at every level.

  • Demonstrated experience in organisational development, learning and development, human resources or a related discipline
  • Outstanding facilitation, presentation and group engagement skills
  • Experience coordinating, delivering and evaluating leadership or workforce development programs
  • A practical coaching approach and the confidence to support leaders to strengthen performance
  • The ability to interpret employee feedback and workforce data, identify meaningful insights and support action planning
  • Strong stakeholder, project coordination and relationship management skills
  • A commitment to inclusion, person-centred practice and Rocky Bay’s values
