We are seeking a Scheduling Officer to join our team in a flexible location on a full-time basis. 

Reporting to the Team Leader Clinical Support Services in the Business Service and Development Team - Clinical you will work collaboratively with geographically based therapy teams to deliver quality customer service by managing appointments and stakeholder relationships to achieve key performance indicators. The position will be based at your allocated sites and the occasional requirement of travel to come together as a Scheduling Team!

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate:

• Excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Well-developed problem solving skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders and team members
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong telephone skills and experience
• Personal resilience working in a changing environment
