Support Worker - Community
- Permanent Part Time
Salary: $29.19 – $36.55 per hour + Salary Packaging
Employment: Permanent Part-Time (20–60 hours per fortnight) or Casual (0 set hours + flexibility)
Required Availability: 6am–9pm Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends
Locations: Joondalup, Duncraig, Nollamara, Mosman Park, Ascot, Gosnells, Cockburn, Rockingham, Mandurah

Rocky Bay is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to support people living with disability across Perth’s North and South. Your Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and household duties
- Accompany customers to appointments, social activities, and recreational outings
- Encourage independence through skill-building, goal-setting, and supportive decision-making
- Maintain accurate documentation and open communication with customers, families, and team members
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment in line with Rocky Bay policies
