Rocky Bay is seeking a passionate and experienced Advanced Clinician Physiotherapist to join our team in Rockingham on a full-time basis.

About the Role

You will manage a diverse caseload of customers with varying levels of complexity, tailored to your experience and clinical expertise. The role offers exposure to a broad range of diagnoses and presentations, including neurodiverse therapy, providing ongoing opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge.

As an Advanced Clinician Physiotherapist, you will also provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and supervision to physiotherapists, supporting the development of their core skills and competencies. This is a customer-facing role with adjusted billable targets to reflect the senior responsibilities of the position.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution

• Current AHPRA registration

• Demonstrated experience delivering physiotherapy services, ideally within disability or community settings

• Minimum 4 years’ experience required for Senior Physiotherapist level

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant Allied Health discipline, with previous experience in a similar disability-sector role highly desirable
