About the Role

  • Provide person-centred, evidence-based behaviour support within a holistic, individualised service model
  • Work closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to build shared understanding and meaningful outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance quality of life and reduce behaviours of concern
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including complex presentations, with the support of a collaborative team
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach, working alongside allied health professionals and external stakeholders

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop behaviour support plans
  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions, including restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines
  • Apply a range of tools and strategies to meet individual needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support plans
  • Build relationships with families, caregivers, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Who We’re Looking For

  • A compassionate and skilled practitioner with a passion for person-centred support
  • Experience working with complex behaviours and diverse needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Current NDIS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) registration (or eligibility to obtain)
