We are seeking a visionary, commercially astute leader to elevate our training and education function - growing our accredited (RTO) and fee-for-service offerings while launching a sector-leading Disability Academy of Excellence.
This role sits at the intersection of social impact and commercial growth, shaping workforce capability across the disability sector.
The Opportunity
You will;
• Lead and grow accredited and non-accredited training programs
• Expand into new markets (schools, families, corporate and government)
• Design and launch a flagship Academy of Excellence
• Ensure strong RTO compliance and quality standards
• Position the organisation as a leader in workforce development

What You Bring;
• Experience leading training, education, or workforce development functions
• Strong RTO knowledge and compliance expertise
• Proven success in growing services or commercial offerings
• Experience leading transformation or complex programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in disability, health or community services is highly regarded.
