Rocky Bay is looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our Supported Accommodation service in Balga.
You’ll lead a team, supporting customers across a range of ages, abilities and support needs. With a strong focus on active support, you’ll guide your team to help customers be involved in everyday life, build independence and achieve their goals.

Manage one site and one team, with no on-call requirement.

About you
We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader with:

Proven experience leading, managing and developing a team.
-
Experience in the disability sector, ideally Supported Accommodation.

A strong understanding of active support and person-centred practice.

The ability to lead a team supporting customers across different ages, abilities and support needs.

Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
-
A genuine commitment to helping customers build choice, independence and participation.
